Helpful staff, good English. Excellent value for money. Clean, spacious, comfortable suite. Great location, near Taksim Square. Easy access to public transport. Friendly and helpful staff.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the reasonable price of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The location was also a plus since it was close to many key tourist spots in the city. Another great aspect was the availability of free WiFi in the rooms.

The cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. In addition, the bathroom had some issues with the plumbing that made it difficult to use. These factors made my stay less pleasant than I had hoped.

Great location - really close to Taxim (a transport and social center, and also airport shuttle goes there), but still in the side street that made it not so noisy. Apartments (at least the two of ours) looked freshly renovated and they were spacy - twin rooms good enough for even 4 people and well furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It would be good to have a bigger mirror somewhere in the light part of the room for dressing up, doing hair etc. (we were 3 ladies in the apartment)

(I have to repeat myself, as we had 2 separate bookings, for 5 days, 5 people) And to add - if you are going for a conference to Luetfi Kirdar, it was a short walking distance to this Convention & Exhibition Centre; enough shops, cafes, exchanges around and certainly the apartment was a good place for the money.

The hotel's location near Taksim square and a metro station is convenient for sightseeing and transportation. the spacious rooms have comfortable beds, clean sheets, and all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking. Guests also enjoyed the good breakfast.

Some guests had difficulty finding the hotel's location on a narrow street and its lack of accessibility with no elevator.

The disc/ pub just near the hotel can be painful in the night and may disturb sleep.

the location was perfect for our new year celebrations, just a stone's throw away from all the action. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

Despite the great facilities and location, the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. the language barrier with the staff made communication slightly challenging, as they didn't speak much English.

The Three Apples Suits has comfortable flats for stay with family. The metro station just 5 min walk, sea side - 20 min walk.

Locatoin of the hotel is far from park or any other green zone, it's the center of European Istanbul. Very bad breakfast (qulity of products, menu variety - every day the same food and very narrow range of choice). My room wasn't cleaned during all the term of accommodation.

The hotel is very cute and quaint and quite nice.The apartment style hotel is ideal for younger families because of the kitchen. It was really good that we could enjoy the convenience of a kitchen and to be able to cook and eat at any given time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and were always available for assistance.Overall the cleanliness was good, there were a couple of days where they forgot to vacuum the floor but when requested they immediately cleaned. Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10

If you are travelling to this hotel, it is highly suggested that if you are planning on coming with alot of luggage that you request a room on the ground or first level as there is no elevator. Also if you are an older person.. Also request a lower room.

We loved the hotel's location near Taksim Square and the metro station, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The room wassuper clean and cozy with good WIFI and housekeeping. The area around the hotel had lots of stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from.

Not far a way from Taksim square, just five minutes by walking. Close to the public transportation, traim and bus stations where you can find your way to the attractions easily.

Not easy access to the hotel and the shower was not that pleasant experience.
